Sport Coaching
We don’t offer specific sports coaching but we do encourage participation in sport and general physical activity based on individual needs and abilities.
Ànimo+ Education believes sport and physical activity contribute to a child’s development by helping them build mental strength, teamwork, and a sense of balance. It supports both the body and mind.
Having children active, content and having fun through the medium of physical activity is our number one goal.
This is up to the parent and sporting club/organization. However, we do offer consultations and promote best practice with a long term view to redefining one’s success in their chosen field.
Social Development
Ànimo+ Education promotes meaningful relationships and strong communication in children through its “Social” strategy, which is part of their 3S Strategy. By focusing on social development, they help children learn empathy, resilience, and how to truly connect with others.
While the service aims to build meaningful relationships and communication, common social challenges such as children struggling with shyness, anxiety, or making friends, bullying, stereotypes and cultural differences are becoming exacerbated by increased screen time and lack of human connection due to a myriad of reasons.
Ànimo+ Education empowers parents and children through tailored coaching and highlights the importance of parents connecting with their children. Each parent and their specific style and needs are unique to their personal situation.

Program Logistics & Enrollment

We contract a minimum of 3 sessions. Each session will take about 45min.
Further information about the fee will be disclosed after receiving an expression of interest.
Details on the cancellation or rescheduling policy are included in the contract. The contract will be sent once the client has agreed on engaging in our services.
The method of communication is online throughout our 3 session strategy.
